Built by an SEO who needed to track what AI says about brands, and didn't want to overpay for API calls he could buy himself.
This started as a script I wrote for my own clients. They'd begun asking a question rank tracking couldn't answer: when someone asks ChatGPT about us, what does it say?
The tools available either cost more than the data was worth, checked one platform, or reported "mentioned" without saying whether that mention was good, bad, or linked to anything. Worse, most were charging a monthly subscription on top of API calls I could buy directly for a fraction of the price. So I built my own, then rebuilt it as something other people could use.
The expensive part of this is the API calls, and you can buy those yourself for what they cost. Charging a monthly fee on top, for a tool that already runs on your key, felt like the thing I was annoyed about in the first place.
That may not be true forever: if it grows, running it will cost something. But nothing about it is designed to trap you: your API keys are yours, your data exports, and there's no card on file to cancel.
