This is a free tool that runs on your own API keys. We don't charge you, we don't guarantee it will be available, and you're responsible for what you spend with the API providers. Be sensible and we'll get along.
AI Visibility Tracker queries AI platforms with questions you supply and reports how your brand appears in the answers. It requires your own DataForSEO account. We are not a reseller of their service and take no commission on your usage.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under it. Don't use someone else's API credentials without their permission. One person or organisation per account.
Nothing is billed by us. Every API call is billed by DataForSEO, or OpenAI and Anthropic, if you add those keys, directly to your account with them. Cost estimates in the app are estimates, based on published pricing and the figures those providers report. They can be wrong. Check your balance with the provider; that's the number that counts.
There are caps on prompts, brands and repeats per account. They exist to stop a runaway script burning your own API balance and to keep the shared job queue moving, not to sell you an upgrade. Don't try to work around them, resell access, or run the service on behalf of others as a white-labelled product without asking first.
AI answers vary between identical requests. Results are a sample, not a measurement of a fixed thing, which is why everything is repeated and reported as a percentage. Scores are produced by language models reading text and are sometimes wrong. Don't present anything here to a client as certainty, and don't make an irreversible decision on a single run.
This is free software with no uptime commitment. It may be slow, unavailable, or changed without notice. Features may be removed. Third-party APIs it depends on may break or disappear, taking parts of the tool with them.
Your data is yours. Export it whenever you like, delete it whenever you like. See the Privacy Policy for what's stored and who processes it. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for a long period, with notice to the email on the account where possible.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost business, lost data, API costs you incurred, decisions made on the basis of these reports, or anything else arising from your use of it. If a court decides we owe you something regardless, it's capped at what you paid us: which is nothing.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack it, or use it unlawfully.
These terms may change. Material changes update the date above and will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use it after that means you accept them.
